Diligent is a full-service structural steel and miscellaneous metals fabrication company serving contractors and developers. The Metals group of Diligent began with our Phillips product extension merger, Phillips is a third-generation metal fabrication business based in Florida since 1982.
Concrete Forms/Formwork
We specialize in Concrete Forms, we manufacture Standard Bulkheads, Decorative Bulkheads, Edge Forms, Window Block-outs, Panels .250″ to 16″, Tables, Doorway Block-outs and Arches. We repair, cut down or extend Panels.
Structural Steelwork
Such as embeds bollards, brackets and columns.
Outrigger/Material Platform Rental or Purchase
Our Outrigger Platforms are lightweight, fully-assembled platforms that enables efficient material handling with a crane, reducing jobsite labor expenses and enhances safety. Positioned on the outside of the building’s edge, this platform supports loads of up to 5,000 lbs. on a heavy duty, diamond-deck steel floor. Easily gain access to jobsite materials via crane or easily roll material off the platform, which is flush with the concrete floor. The Outrigger Platform is ready to use upon delivery as a fully assembled staging platform. Diligent’s outrigger platform is engineered to thoroughly meet all OSHA standards, the units include snag-free walls and proper rigging to ensure safe flying operations. Quickly and securely mount the Outrigger Platform to the building with post shores or optional through-bolting. Our Outrigger Platforms are available for rent and we will deliver to your South Florida jobsite.
Concrete Washout Pans
Diligent pans are leak proof, capturing all washout material from Concrete Pump Washout & Concrete Mixer Truck Washout. Diligent Washout Pans are engineered and built in Florida. All of our Concrete Washout Pans are available for rent and we can deliver to your jobsite in South Florida.
Skip Pans/Material Basket
Diligent skip pans are designed as specialized material baskets with solid steel sides and a slope at one end. At Diligent, material skip pans are most commonly used for holding construction materials, as four top lift points and forklift pockets allow for significant ease of movement. Slings can also be included to lift the skip pan with a crane. With custom options available, please contact [email protected] with any inquiries. All of our Skip Pans are available for rent and we can deliver to your jobsite in South Florida.
Stairs
Quality steel stairs are an essential part of any construction project where general access to multiple levels is required. We have the equipment and materials to fabricate a variety of star configurations such as spiral staircases, grate stairs, 4′, 5′ or double wide or pan stairs for concrete pouring. Located in New Berlin, Wisconsin Superior Structural Corporation has built a solid reputation, since 1969, by producing large, high quality steel weldments and fabrications. We employ highly qualified welders to meet our commitment of prompt delivery to our customers. Our bids are prepared per your specifications and will meet municipal codes. Our certified welders can build stairs per your specifications, including welding; grinding; and prime painting, galvanizing, or epoxy paint finishing. We can install your stairs as allowed by OSHA or hire authorized contractors.
Railings
Diligent is a manufacturer of steel & metal fabrications for both ornamental and structural applications. Our certified welders can fabricate railings per your specifications; including welding, grinding, prime painting, galvanizing, powder coating or epoxy paint finishing. Our welders are craftsmen and can create artistic railings for both indoor and outdoor applications. Metal hand railings can be found in fire exits, public stairs, schools, universities, and balconies with additional interior and exterior applications such as pool fences, guard and stair railings for commercial and residential locations. We can install it per OHSA requirements or hire authorized contractors to get the job done.
Gates
We can manufacture gates both structural and ornamental applications. Our certified welders can fabricate steel gates per your specifications; including bending and making any artistic iron work. Structural gates are used in residential, commercial and industrial applications, including estate entrances, cemeteries, farms, trash gates and enclosures, access limitations for security and safety needs.
